Getting There- The blessed day of vacation finally arrived. We stayed over night at the Best Western by Newark Airport because our flight was scheduled to leave at 7:35am. Due to rain, we departed at 9:30am.

Once we arrived at Montego bay Airport, we had to go through Immigration (among other lines). This line took about 1/2 hour. I hear it's longer for most.
Once that was all said and done, we began our 1 1/2 hour bus ride over to Sunset at the Palms in Negril. I do not mind the ride. Checking out the Jamaican life along the way is educational and also makes you appreciate what you have. We also make a stop for Red Stripe where Danny makes a friend. (doesn't hurt to have a box of dog treats on us either)	*Tip: bring along a small box of dog treats. You never know when you will run into a hungry doggy on your trip.
